Not a Movie Buff: While Stacey may not be into movies, her fascination lies in car and motorcycle racing. She's drawn to the thrill of speed and competition, which aligns perfectly with her love for true crime shows – a different kind of suspense!

Meet Cody Asher, our Inventory/Quality Specialist at Reeder Trausch Marine. He joined the team in May 2023, bringing with him a diverse background from Ball State, where he double-majored in Computer Science and Aquatics.
Cody's affinity for water, fueled by his scuba diving passion, led him to the boating world at RTM. Prior to joining, he managed shipping and receiving at a Pool Chemical warehouse, showcasing his knack for process creation and workflow. What he appreciates most about working here is the collaborative spirit among the team, always ready to assist each other.
Outside of work, Cody is an avid participant in Obstacle Course Racing, with a particular fondness for Toughmudder due to its teamwork environment. His music taste spans from alternative rock with favorites like Three Days Grace and Shinedown to enjoying classical tunes like Bedrich Smetana.
An interesting tidbit about Cody is his meticulous attention to detail, particularly his obsession with office supplies, with the label maker being his favorite tool. Despite his specific preferences, he's adaptable and confident that he can overcome any challenge. Besides his label maker, Cody values his ability to navigate life's ups and downs.
Inspired by Winston Churchill, Cody lives by the idea that success is about "The Person in the Arena", not the people who stand by and watch. If he could have a superpower, it would be the ability to change people's thought processes to help them succeed.
His go-to movie is "Men of Honor," due to his love of scuba diving. When it comes to food, he loves Loco Moco but is also known to indulge in off-brand lunchables. His favorite boat at RTM is the Avalon LSZ CRB with the Sage Green finish, aligning with its popularity as a top-selling model here at RTM.
Looking ahead, Cody's big life goals include starting a family and passing on his love for office supplies, envisioning a litter of little Codys who shares his passion.

Introducing Erik Hopper, also known as "Hop" – or "Hopper" to some, but most importantly, he's our go-to Boat Sales Expert! Erik has been charting a course with the Reeder Trausch Marine Crew since August 28th.
Beyond his extensive knowledge of boats, Erik's life orbits around his family. With five years of wedded bliss and two adorable kids – a 3-year-old daughter and a 7-month-old son – he's a loving husband to Hope and a dedicated father. When he's not helping our customers find their dream boats, you can spot him on the golf course or engrossed in the excitement of a baseball game.
Erik is a film-enthusiast at heart, finding solace and inspiration in the world of movies. His all-time favorite film? "Legends of the Fall" starring Brad Pitt. When asked what he could effortlessly deliver a 30-minute presentation on, his answer was a testament to his movie expertise. He prides himself on his deep knowledge of cinema.
Erik's career journey began as a gas station attendant at Patriot Mart, and after gaining eight years of experience in the automotive industry, he brought his skills and passion for sales to RTM. The best part of his job? It's the people and the extraordinary teamwork environment. Erik's a natural fit here, always ready to lend a hand, making RTM feel like a second family.
Now, when it comes to his favorites, if Erik were to pick one band to listen to for a lifetime, it would be the legendary Garth Brooks, the maestro of classic country music. His sports loyalties are split between the Toronto Blue Jays and the Purdue Boilermakers. An amusing contrast is that Erik's least favorite thing is loud noises, which is quite the paradox, considering his lively household.
As for boats, Erik's heart belongs to the Porsche Orange Excalibur, and it was a bittersweet moment for him last weekend when he had the privilege of selling this very boat. Sad to see it leave the dealership, but he's ecstatic about the new owners enjoying their new vessel.

Team Player: Pete thrives on the close camaraderie of working with a tight-knit group. Having transitioned from a larger organization, he quickly realized the value of effective communication and the power of teamwork. He's all about fostering a positive atmosphere where everyone works together seamlessly.
Hobbies Beyond Work: When Pete's not at the helm of business matters, he enjoys working around the house, whipping up delicious meals in the kitchen, and spending quality time with his family.
Music Melodies: Pete's musical taste is quite diverse. While he doesn't have a single favorite genre, he finds joy in listening to Christian music, classic rock legends like Crosby, Stills, and Nash, Queen, and Led Zeppelin, along with a dose of country music. Music has always been a source of enjoyment and inspiration in his life.

Unforgettable Memory: Probably the craziest but fondest memory Pete has is when we lost power here at work and were forced to deliver boats in an RV we took on trade. He remembers going over payment options while customers came into use the bathroom. However, the grand finale ended when our last customer walked out at the end of the day and locked the door while the RV was running. This was followed by J, Tyler, Gavin and Pete spending the next hour trying to break into the RV. Finally they ended up pushing J through the driver's window we opened up with Tyler's credit card. It always brings a smile to his face when he thinks of that.
We're lucky to have Pete Woollacott as a vital part of our crew, contributing his expertise, positivity, and memorable moments to our journey. Be sure to say hello to Pete next time you see him around!

Gavin Griffith is the longest standing employee at Reeder Trausch. He started his career just months after the company was acquired in 2018. Throughout his career, he has held many postions and responsibilities such as hauling boats around the dealership, on-water deliveries, and assisting customers find the boat of their dreams. Gavin has done it all and gives everything he has everyday for RTM and our customers.
As with many of our employees, Gavin makes a trek from Greenwood everyday to work, which is nearly 1.5 hours one way. One might wonder why someone would choose to travel that far each day. But for Gavin, he does it because he truly loves where he works. His favorite thing about working at RTM is the team-oriented atmosphere. He says that all of his co-workers are always supportive and offer to go the extra mile to deliver the customer the best possible experience. Customer satisfaction is a driving force for Gavin and he believes that no one does it better than RTM.
Outside of work, Gavin is an avid sports fan and father to a 10 year old daughter named Ella. Some of their favorite activities together are going to the park, swimming, and anything else outdoors. On the sports side, Gavin watches everything and tends to attempt to win a couple bucks through some friendly online sports betting. This usually backfires seeing that Gavin is a big-time IU fan.
Failure is simply not an option for Gavin. He defines his own personal success by giving everything he has everyday and not letting excuses be something that holds him back; rather something to learn from so he is even more efficient in his future. With that said, it is easy to see that his career to this point has been nothing short of successful.

Meet Rick Judy, our Lot Attendant, who joined our RTM Crew in July 2023. Rick's decision to join the RTM Crew was driven by the sight of our dealership every day, which looked like an incredibly fun place to be. After an interview, he was absolutely convinced due to the amazing people and the inviting environment. RTM provided that unique family atmosphere he had not found since leaving Dixie Chopper.
What Rick loves most about working here? It's the environment and the people. He also enjoys engaging with customers and discussing their boats. RTM is a place where hard work meets a great time, thanks to a very team-oriented environment that changes daily to achieve common goals.
Outside of work, Rick's focus is on his family. He's been married to his best friend, Teresa, since 1989, and together they have two kids. Additionally, he has seven grandkids ranging from 14 months to 8 years. Their shared hobbies include sports, hunting, and fishing, often in their new bass boat that Rick purchased just last month from Yours Truly. The Judy family also loves vacationing, and they recently returned from Fort Walton Beach in Florida.
In his career, Rick spent an impressive 25 years at Dixie Chopper, where he wore many hats, from Plant Manager and Media Marketing to welding and even orchestrating events with the iconic Dixie Chopper Chopper created by Orange County Choppers.
For a "deathrow" meal, Rick's top pick is Whataburger, where everything on the menu is awesome. When it comes to music, Bob Seger is the artist he'd choose to listen to for the rest of his life, with "Turn the Page" as his favorite song. As for Sports, Rick likes to keep it local by being an avid fan of South Putnam Eagles Football.
And as for boats, Rick's favorite at RTM is the Avalon Excalibur with a black finish sprinkled with gold flakes that we just received on trade. He states that the gold flake..."Just pulls you right in!"

Say hello to Travis Burmood, our dedicated Service Tech who joined our team in July 2023. A husband and a father to 3 daughters, Travis juggles the exciting challenge of being a father while conquering the world of marine service. His favorite aspect of the job? Learning something new every day and being surrounded by like-minded individuals.
Before joining our team, Travis worked as a Diesel Tech for three years at Casey's. When he's not busy fixing things and keeping our operations running smoothly, he enjoys watching classic movies such as Varsity Blues and playing sports, even though he doesn't follow professional teams closely. Surprisingly, despite his handyman skills, Travis admits he's not great at woodworking, a trait that stands out in a family of skilled carpenters. On the bright side, he excels at fixing just about anything else.
Outside of work, Travis is all about family and adventure. He enjoys driving Razors, spending quality time with his kids, and exploring new and exciting dining experiences with his wife. His perfect day? One where everything goes according to plan from start to finish. Brian recently celebrated his one-year anniversary with RTM. Prior to joining us, he successfully ran his own business and spent many years farming. Interestingly, Brian stumbled upon his current career after becoming a customer first. He purchased a new Avalon from us and had such an incredible experience that he decided to join our crew. Now, Brian is responsible for efficiently moving boats around the dealership and delivering sold boats to customers. When it comes to moving a boat with a tractor, there's no one better than Brian. You can witness his expertise on our TikTok channel for video evidence.
What Brian loves most about working at RTM is the people. Like many others, he considers his co-workers more like family than mere colleagues. It's safe to say that we feel the same way about him. During his free time, Brian enjoys watching Purdue sports, boating, and spending quality time with his family. These aspects form the foundation of his definition of success. According to Brian, success lies in doing what makes you happy, and he believes it's up to each individual to discover that for themselves.
Aside from his hobbies, there's one thing Brian can't live without - his morning cup of coffee. When I asked him about his favorite show or movie, he humorously replied that watching anything would put him to sleep. Hopefully, with that cup of coffee in the morning, he can stay awake while pulling boats around the dealership.
In short, Brian is an incredible and highly valued employee, but more importantly, he's an exceptional person. Every day, he arrives with the same smile and energy as the day before. Allow us to introduce you to Ray Fultz, our hardworking Lot Attendant who's been an invaluable part of the Reeder Trausch Marine family for a little over a year. Ray's journey to the RTM crew is quite unique. In 2022, he purchased a Premier Sunsation and quickly realized that working at RTM seemed like a whole lot of fun. He jokingly admits that he got tired of sitting at home and needed something exciting to do. And here, he found the perfect place to stay active and enjoy every moment of it.
Ray's favorite aspect of working at RTM is undoubtedly the people. He finds it fun, and it's the best job he's ever had. Every day, he eagerly looks forward to coming in and working with the incredible RTM team. It's the people and the vibrant atmosphere that make it all worthwhile.
Outside of his work, Ray's hobbies are as diverse as they come. He's an avid boater and a passionate angler, embracing anything that keeps him outdoors. He's even dabbled in the adrenaline-packed world of racing, particularly Outlaw figure 8 racing, where he lent a hand to the legendary Tommy St. John. Besides his adventurous side, he's a family man, sharing precious moments with his 8 grandkids and a great-grandson. He's also been happily married to Carol for 35 years, and those cherished moments together are the cornerstone of his life.
In his previous career, Ray served as a Supervisor at Viking Fabrication, where they specialized in fabricating pipes for overhead fire protection. When it comes to food, Ray's choice for a "deathrow" meal is simple but perfect - pizza from just about anywhere. In the realm of music, he's been tuning in to a lot of Jason Aldean lately. His loyalty extends to sports, where he passionately supports the Chicago Bears and is unique in supporting both IU and Purdue Basketball.
As a child, Ray aspired to be a racecar driver, inspired by the thrill of the track. If he could meet anyone in history, it would be Dale Earnhardt, also known as "The Intimidator." He admires Earnhardt for being a true badass who didn't tolerate nonsense.
And when it comes to boats, Ray's favorite at RTM is the Premier 270 Intrigue REV. This 10-foot-wide boat exudes a 1950s smokers' lounge vibe, making it a standout choice for those who appreciate a touch of nostalgia.
